Hey just wanted to let everyone know us Sag's can brag having the only black how in the Milky Way Galaxy! Astronomers believe they have found a black hole in the Constellation Sagittarius......

Last year i found myself homeless. After battling cancer and a never ending battle with Sickle Cell, I had to make a choice. Pay rent or pay my medical. My medical was HUGE and I knew I could be without. So I took the chance to and paid medical and didnt pay rent. In February I was asked to leave the place where I was living for not paying rent.

In the middle on homelessness the cancer came back for the 5th time. My Sickle Cell has been a major problem for over three years now. But despite all of this going wrong in my life, I found the courage to reach out to others who were homeless like me. Later I reached out to low income families and seniors

Feb 3, I celebrated the one year birthday of my outreach project. It's called Do Something Saturday~ that empowers people. Through this program I pass out hygiene kits, water, food and clothing I am able to collect. I also help people set up email accounts and with the help of an awesome friend I also offer cell phones for free.

What I have learned through all of this is my ability to move forward no matter what is in front of me or how much pain I am in. There are times when I feel like just giving up, but then I see the face of someone smile at me and tell me how much I have helped them. I get the courage and power to move on.

Since I am a female sag many of my girlfriends complain to me when they are dating a Sag man, who flakes on them, doesn't return calls, isn't interested until they stop showing interest, . . . . Is it true that you guys love the chase more than the catch? Problems with committment?

Don't worry, I have those problems myself and I'm a chick.

Also, aren't we all better in bed than the acclaimed Scorpios? I think so. You guys rock but I could never date a Sag myself-for very long that is We'd kill each other, but my best guy friends are Sags. I love you guys.

You also understand the term of friends "helping each other out" during those rare (hey I am a Sag) dry spells between boyfriends. What are friends for. And it all goes back to being friends without the drama afterwards. I love it.

Sag is a walking paradox, what can we learn from duality? There are people who have an innate ability to see both side of anything with accurate fairness, Jupiter being the planet of expansion and judgment; this energy is not prone to seeing things from any limited vision. Now the paradox here is truth is relative to the beholder of it; however in the cosmic conversation there are certain truths which are accessible and definable/or not, that have one operate from one side or the other. The challenge here as I see it is to operate in life with a stand for your truth, relative or not, the ego really doesn’t want to actually want to win this argument, it just argues for the sake of it, consider the trial attorney and then consider the judge in the courtroom…having a stand works in community the full gift however is to grant being to another’s stand. No objections needed ever. That’s the courtroom game, this is our life.

I've been thinking about the premise for this tribe, and I've decided that I believe it to be true--we are the best.

I don't necessarily buy the premise that I chose when to be born, but if I could have, I'd have chosen to be a Sag anyway.

I've begun noticing that Sagittarius pops up in casual speech more often than other signs. I recently saw a joke in a Reader's Digest referencing astrology, and among the 11 choices s/he had, the writer chose "Sagittarius."

And "Sagittarius" was the password in an episode of The West Wing once time.

I think it has to do with the fact that it's the longest name and sounds the most esoteric because of being so blatantly Latin...

OK, so how many of you live in the Bay area? I am in Santa Cruz. If any of you are close by, we should all get together and have a multi-party for all of our birthdays. So I was sitting around, checking my tribes, and I suddenly realized... This is the quietest tribe I've ever seen.
Why is that? Are we boring...are we just too busy...are we too sophisticated to pass the time with senseless babble? I thought about all of this, and then it came to me in a sudden flash.
We are just too damn cool to be writing all the time about some ole' bullspit. I mean, psshaw! We're Sags, afterall! We don't have to justify our laziness to anyone! Especially not ourselves!! Hmmmpff.

Wasn't there 5 members a couple days ago? They must not have really been a Sag, to be deserting us like that. Well la-dee-frickin'-da! If I ever find that dirty imposter rat....Wassup? Nobody knows any other Sags, or is the other tribe better? I don't see how that can be possible when I got such a cool name for my tribe. Boo Hoo, I'm sad. :{
